Lindsey McLoughlin joins Contact State as Head of Client Strategy to help drive growth

Marketing technology platform Contact State has appointed highly experienced digital marketeer Lindsey McLoughlin as its new Head of Client Strategy to drive growth.

Lindsey, who has almost 20 years’ experience in digital marketing, has worked for a number of well-known brands, including ao.com, webuyanycar and JD Sports, where she led a number of successful collaborative marketing campaigns.
 
She started her career at Laterooms in 2006 where she was responsible for the launching a hugely successful partnership with trainline.com.  Her other roles include Group Affiliate Marketing Manager and DIgital Campaign Manager at AO.com planning and implementing engaging campaigns with supplier investment to increase and retain customer base and Digital Performance Marketing Lead at JD Sports, where, during the pandemic, Lindsey was instrumental in managing the Tessuti and scotts brand’s transition in-store customers to online, utilising a number of different marketing channels and techniques, careful management of customer communications and social engagement, Lindsey helped the brands to adopt new way of working and grow sales.
 
More recently Lindsey managed the digital marketing channels at webuyanycar before moving to BrightHR where, as Head of Partnerships and Affiliates she managed a number of key relationships, including Santander and Virgin Money.

At Contact State, Lindsey will be combining her expertise in Paid Media channels including Affiliate Marketing, Display and her extensive experience in CRM, partnerships and client relationship management to help Contact State expand its client database, and work more directly with large insurers and other financial services companies.
 
Lindsey’s role will be to consult with brands to identify their successful marketing campaigns, to ensure they are making the most of their marketing budgets while meeting their Consumer Duty requirements.  She will also utilise the strong relationships she has built up over the years, and work collaboratively within the industry to help Contact State and its clients continue to grow.
